What are the Reception opening times?
March to October:
The Reception and Shop are open from 9am-5pm on weekdays, and 9am-4pm on weekends.
November to February:
The hours are limited to Mondays and Fridays. The shop is also scaled back during this time.

What should I do if we have a problem or complaint?
We do all we can to make sure you enjoy your holiday but sometimes things may go wrong. If this happens, please contact Reception straight away and we will try and put things right. If you need to contact us out of reception hours, please contact our duty mobile number on 07507 191518.
Who do I contact for a maintenance issue?
For any issues relating to maintenance, please contact the Park Reception and we will endeavour to get someone out to you as soon as possible. Ensure you have your pitch number / accommodation name to hand.
