We have a brand new, exclusive lodge development here at Croft Farm. The thoughtfully laid out development takes full advantage of the views across the lake and beyond to the Avon Valley looking out onto the Malvern Hills.

Our lodges are the epitome of luxury and beautifully appointed with stunning interiors and every creature comfort catered for. Each home comes with its own driveway and they are also complimented with a large deck, so you can relax with a glass of wine, take in the views and enjoy watching the many activities on the lake. You could not wish for more in a holiday home.

Our lodges are supplied by leading manufacturers within the UK and are built to NCC standards and comply to the BS3632 residential specifications. Each lodge has gas central heating and double glazing as standard. They also come in a variety of sizes giving you the choice of a two or three bedroom lodge.

Frequently asked questions

What are the opening times for the facilities?

These vary throughout the year and facility. Please see each of our facilities within the app or website for individual opening times.

What should I do with my litter?

Pitches are to be kept litter free. There are number of refuse points available, please see map for details.

What is the mobile phone coverage like on the park?

The Park has average coverage on most mobile phone networks.

Is there CCTV on the parks?

Yes, 24 hour CCTV does operate on the parks at key locations.

Is there a cash point on site?

We currently do not have a cash point on site and encourage contactless and card payments.

Is there a 24-hour service?

A duty manager is always available 24hrs.

Is the park and facilities accessible?

Yes. All the common areas such as Reception and the clubhouse are wheelchair accessible. We also have disabled shower and toilet facilities for guests. Please ask at Reception for further information such as locations and how to access.

How do I report lost property?

If you realise that you may have left something behind, please call us at Reception.

Every effort will be made to locate the missing item, however, we are not liable if this isn’t possible or if it is damaged.

When we find your item we will return it to you, but you will be asked to cover the postage cost.

How do I book activities?

View our ‘What’s On’ page to see our upcoming activities & events and find out which ones require booking, or visit our Activities page on our website.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes, free WiFi is available on the park. Information on how to connect to our local WiFi network will be provided upon check-in.

Do you have Security on the park?

We have CCTV and Security guards often patrol the park. Please, always follow the instructions given by our security team, they are provided for your safety and enjoyment. Please secure your property as you would at home.

Do I need to bring towels?

Towels are included in all our lodges. They are not included in our pods, chalets, and cabins. We also do not have a towel rental service.

Do I need insurance?

We strongly recommend that you take advantage of insurance to cover your booking and a leaflet will be enclosed with your confirmation.

Do I have to pay for showers?

The toilet and shower blocks are free to use, including the use of hairdryers.

Can I receive a supermarket food delivery on the park?

Yes.

Can I charge my electric vehicle on-park?

Not at present.

Can I get takeaways delivered to the park?

Yes you can, but we ask that you meet them at the park entrance.

Can I freeze ice packs?

Yes, please bring to Reception.
