Category
Are dogs allowed on the park?
Responsible dog owners are welcome on the park with the agreement that all dogs are kept on a lead. Dogs are not to be left unattended and are not permitted in the children’s play area. Dogs are allowed in the main room of the clubhouse. It is the owners responsibility to clean up after their dog. There are designated dog areas on site, please make Reception aware at check-in and they can direct you.
Are generators allowed?
Sorry, we do not allow any generators on the park, due to the fire risk and noise disturbance for other guests.
Are pitches hardstanding?
We have a mixture of grass and hardstanding pitches.
Are the hot tubs checked regularly?
Yes, they are checked daily from 8am. Please note that on the day of departure, the hot tub will be emptied from this time to prepare for the next guest. Hot tubs are not be used after 11pm.
Are there paved paths and lighting throughout the park?
We do everything we can to preserve the rural character of the park therefore, the park may have areas of uneven ground, tracks and paths, and limited lighting. Please take care and use a torch to illuminate your path.
Are touring caravan, motorhome and camping pitches hardstanding?
Some pitches are hardstanding. Please select whether you would like to book a hardstanding pitch at the booking stage.
Are your glamping units wheelchair accessible?
At present our glamping units are not wheelchair accessible and have steps to their entrance. They are also not designed to accommodate the use of a wheelchair inside.
Behaviour on the park
Our park is a family holiday park, so please ensure your behaviour is appropriate and is not noisy, offensive, or likely to cause any harm or upset to other guests, staff or property at the holiday park. If we feel your behaviour is illegal, offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate we will ask you to leave the holiday park.
Can I book more than one pitch?
We ask that all pitches are booked under the name of the person or persons staying on the pitch. If booking more than one pitch, please provide individual names and addresses.
Can I book my next holiday before I leave?
Yes, you can book another holiday at any time while on park, just visit the Park Reception!
Can I bring a pet on holiday?
Please note we are only able to accept dogs in our dog friendly holiday homes or pitches, maximum of two dogs per unit. When booking you will be asked to confirm the breed of your four-legged friend. Unfortunately, we do not accept any dogs named under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 as amended from time to time, even where these types of dog are muzzled as required by government legislation. Pets must not be left unattended in our accommodation, your own accommodation or elsewhere, at any time on the park. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times...
Can I cancel my holiday?
Please see our terms and conditionson amending or cancelling your holiday.
Can I charge my electric vehicle on-park?
Not at present.
Can I choose my pitch or accommodation?
Yes this is all done via the Croft Farm website.
Can I extend my holiday?
Yes, you can extend your holiday at any time if the dates are available. If you would like to extend before you arrive, call our reception team and if you are already on the park, visit the Park Reception where they will be happy to help. All extensions are subject to availability and payment of the additional cost.
Can I fly a drone?
All drone operators must possess the requisite qualifications for the specific class of drone being operated.
Can I freeze ice packs?
Yes, please bring to Reception.
Can I get takeaways delivered to the park?
Yes you can, but we ask that you meet them at the park entrance.
Can I hire cots and highchairs?
Please enquire with our Reception team when making your booking, or prior to your arrival, so we can add these onto your booking for your accommodation. *Please note that there is a £7 charge for cot or highchair hire.
Can I park my car on my touring pitch?
Yes, there is space to park one car on your touring pitch alongside your caravan and awning. There is a small charge for additional cars. Please contact Reception for more information. Let us know when you book or check in if you have an additional vehicle and we can let you know where to park.
Can I pay my balance in instalments?
You can pay your holiday in instalments, as long as the full balance is paid by the balance due date, 4 weeks before the arrival date.
Can I put my awning up?
Yes, and this is included in the pitch fee.
Can I put up a pup tent or gazebo?
Pup tents and gazebos are allowed on the majority of our pitches for an additional nightly charge. Pup tents are for younger children only.
Can I receive a supermarket food delivery on the park?
Yes.
Can I request a particular pitch?
Yes you can select your pitch during the online booking process.
Can I sit on the hot tub when the lid is closed?
Please do not site, stand or lie on the hot tub lid as they are not designed to support a person’s weight.
Can I smoke or vape?
It is illegal to smoke or use e-cigarettes inside enclosed public buildings. You must also refrain from smoking or using e-cigarettes in any accommodation. If you are found to be smoking in public buildings or holiday accommodation, you may be charged a £75.00 cleaning fee and asked to leave immediately with no refund on your holiday.
Can I stay near my friends or family?
Yes, please refer to our map and book pitches that are next to each other.
Can I use the hot tub if I am pregnant or have a heart condition?
Consult your GP before using the hot tub if you are pregnant, suffering from any form of heart disease, circulation problems or any serious illness.
Can children use the hot tub?
Please supervise children in the area of the hot tub at all times. Do not allow children under the age of 8 years old or those unable to keep their head above the water level when sitting in the hot tub to use it. (Whilst the minimum recommended age in Health & Safety Executive guidance is 4 years of age, we recommends 8 years.)
Can our family and friends visit us?
Yes, for the day only, but please register their presence on park at Reception upon their arrival. Charges apply.
Can we bring a Firepit?
Firepits are permitted; however, open ground fires are not allowed.
Can we have a barbecue?
Barbecues are permitted, but we ask you not to place them directly onto the ground, decking, or picnic benches. Please dispose of them responsibly.
Can we have an early check-in?
Early check-ins are subject to availability. Charges apply. Please contact Reception for availability.
Can we have drinks in the hot tub?
Please do not rest any glasses on or near the hot tub – broken glass is almost invisible under water. Any broken glass found in the vicinity of the hot tub will result in the hot tub being drained to check for glass. Please use plastic glasses instead.
Can we place candles around the hot tub?
We want you to have a relaxing stay with us but please do not place candles on the hot tub – candle wax can damage the filter system.
Can we play music in the hot tub?
Please respect your neighbours and do not play loud music, or shout or scream outside. Hot tubs may not be used after 11pm.
Can we use bubble bath or shampoo in the hot tub?
Please do not add anything to the hot tub. Bubble bath, shampoo, gels, soaps, oils, salts etc. can seriously affect the water quality and filter system.
Children on the park
Parents are expected to supervise their children at all times. We ask that all adults be aware of the presence of children around the park‚ please take special care when driving and keep to the 5mph rule.
Do I have to pay extra for gas and electric?
Gas and electric is included with all accommodation holidays.
Do I have to pay for showers?
The toilet and shower blocks are free to use, including the use of hairdryers.
Do I need insurance?
We strongly recommend that you take advantage of insurance to cover your booking and a leaflet will be enclosed with your confirmation.
Do I need to bring towels?
Towels are included in all our lodges. They are not included in our pods, chalets, and cabins. We also do not have a towel rental service.
Do the glamping pods have heating?
Yes, the glamping pods do have heating inside.
Do you have Security on the park?
We have CCTV and Security guards often patrol the park. Please, always follow the instructions given by our security team, they are provided for your safety and enjoyment. Please secure your property as you would at home.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, free WiFi is available on the park. Information on how to connect to our local WiFi network will be provided upon check-in.

How do I report lost property?
If you realise that you may have left something behind, please call us at Reception. Every effort will be made to locate the missing item, however, we are not liable if this isn’t possible or if it is damaged. When we find your item we will return it to you, but you will be asked to cover the postage cost.
How do you keep hot tubs safe and clean?
We are delighted to offer a range of holiday accommodation with hot tubs for your relaxation and enjoyment. You need to be aware of the following if you are considering booking a hot tub holiday. • Prior to your arrival, your hot tub will have been completely emptied, cleaned and refilled to maintain the required standards of cleanliness. • We test both chemical balance and water quality daily. • Respecting your neighbouring holiday guests, we have to insist that you do not use your hot tub after 11pm and ask that when doing so after 10pm that noise be kept...
How long should we stay in the hot tub?
Limit your time in the hot tub to a maximum of 20 minutes at a time – extended use can cause dizziness and fainting.
How many people can I have staying on my pitch?
We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch. Each pitch permits one unit only (one tent/campervan/caravan). Small pup tents are permitted (for ages 15 and under, charges apply) but a separate tent would require a separate pitch booking.
How old do I have to be to book a holiday, and do you accept single sex parties?
Bookings cannot be accepted from young groups and all reservations must include a person of at least 25 years. We do allow well-behaved single sex parties.
I have a large touring caravan or motorhome, will I fit on the pitch?
The maximum unit size we can accommodation is 12m. Please note that awnings must extend no further than 2.5m (8ft) from the side of your touring caravan or motorhome. Please feel free to call us with the specifics of your touring caravan or motorhome, and we can advise on the most suitable pitch for you to book.
Is all the cooking equipment included and will there be a microwave?
Yes. All lodges come with pots, pans, utensils, cutlery etc. All lodges also a have fridge, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, and microwave.
Is linen and bedding provided in the glamping pods, chalets, and cabins?
All mattresses come with a mattress cover, and a bedsheet. Bedding (comprising of duvet/pillow and covers) is charged at £10 per person and needs to be booked 48hrs in advance.
Is the park and facilities accessible?
Yes. All the common areas such as Reception and the clubhouse are wheelchair accessible. We also have disabled shower and toilet facilities for guests. Please ask at Reception for further information such as locations and how to access.
Is there CCTV on the parks?
Yes, 24 hour CCTV does operate on the parks at key locations.
Is there a 24-hour service?
A duty manager is always available 24hrs.
Is there a Defibrillator on the park?
A defibrillator has been installed on the external wall of the gym and water sports centre. Any member of the public can use a defibrillator. No training is required as the defibrillator gives simple verbal and visual commands which guide the user through the steps that need to be taken and it will not allow shocks to be given unnecessarily.
Is there a cash point on site?
We currently do not have a cash point on site and encourage contactless and card payments.
Is there a coffee machine in the lodge?
Yes, we have a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods (original, tall pods) included within your lodge.
Is there public transport available?
Yes, public transport is generally available to and from our park. Please contact Reception for an up-to-date timetable of local services. We can also recommend local taxi companies. Please see local bus information below: WW 540 Evesham | Diamond Bus
Lost & Forgotten Property
If you realise once you have left us that you may have left something behind, please call us. Every effort will be made to locate the missing item, however we are not liable if this isn’t possible or if it is damaged. When we find your item we will return it to you, but you will be asked to cover the postage cost.
Noise
Please keep noise levels to a minimum throughout the day and observe silence between 11.30 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. Please be a considerate neighbour to other guests who may have put children to bed, thank you.
Prohibited Activities
Ball games & kite flying is permitted in the designated area, see map. The use of motorised scooters/bikes are strictly not permitted.
Reversing
Please take great care when reversing and if possible, use a second person for safety reasons for best visibility.
Use of your holiday home
At the end of your holiday please leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any damage to your holiday home during your stay. We reserve the right to enter your accommodation for maintenance purposes, under special circumstances or in emergencies.
What are the Reception opening times?
March to October: The Reception and Shop are open from 9am-5pm on weekdays, and 9am-4pm on weekends. November to February: The hours are limited to Mondays and Fridays. The shop is also scaled back during this time.
What are the departure times?
Check out is 9.30am for lodges. All other accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Camping pitches should check out by 12pm. Late check out may be available subject to availability and at additional cost, please check on the day of departure with Reception.
What are the opening times for the facilities?
These vary throughout the year and facility. Please see each of our facilities within the app or website for individual opening times.
What can happen if I swallow the hot tub water?
Do not immerse your head or swallow the water, as this can increase the risk of an infection.
What do I need to bring to check in?
When checking in, please bring your booking reference and remember the name the booking was made in. Please have your Vehicle Registration available also. This will help make the process quick and easy.
What do the buttons do on our hot tub?
Please do not press any buttons on the control panel other than to turn on the lights and jets.
What happens if we arrive late?
Please let Reception know as soon as possible if you believe you will arrive after 5:00pm to enable us to make arrangements to cater for your arrival.
What is the maximum size touring caravan or motorhome I can bring?
The maximum unit size we can accommodation is 12m. Please note that awnings must extend no further than 2.5m from the side of your touring caravan or motorhome.
What is the mobile phone coverage like on the park?
The Park has average coverage on most mobile phone networks.
What is the smoking policy on the park?
We operate a no smoking policy in all buildings and around our play area. When smoking around the park, please take care not to smoke too close to fire hazards such as gas canisters, and please remember not to litter. Smoking is prohibited inside any of our accommodation units and charges may apply if this rule is breached.
What is the speed limit on the parks?
The parks have a speed limit of 5mph, which is strictly enforced. Traffic movements are restricted after 11:00pm to minimise disturbance on the parks. All vehicles must be taxed, insured and have passed MOT regulations. All motoring laws which apply to the highway, also apply on the parks. Please take care and do not drive on the grass during wet weather or the winter period. We do not permit the use of any non-road legal motorised vehicles e.g. mini scooters, quad bikes etc.
What is your booking cancellation policy?

What should I do if I feel unwell in the hot tub?
If you feel unwell or experience breathing difficulties, discontinue use of the hot tub and seek medical advice.
What should I do if arriving late?
If you are planning to arrive after 5:00pm when our Reception is closed, or you are running late, please contact the Reception to let them know in advance so we can make alternative arrangements for your arrival. Please note that unless you have advised us in advance, if you do not arrive on the date stated on your confirmation, your booking will be cancelled the following day and we reserve the right to re-sell the accommodation. What should I do if we have a problem or complaint?
We do all we can to make sure you enjoy your holiday but sometimes things may go wrong. If this happens, please contact Reception straight away and we will try and put things right. If you need to contact us out of reception hours, please contact our duty mobile number on 07507 191518.
What should I do in the event of emergency?
In the event of an emergency during your stay, call 999. For non-emergency enquiries, call 101. Our duty mobile number is 07507 191518.
What should I do with my litter?
Pitches are to be kept litter free. There are number of refuse points available, please see map for details.
What should we do if we have concerns about the hot tub?
Please contact park staff or reception if you think your hot tub has been contaminated or if you have any concerns or problems with your hot tub.
What time can I check in?
Check-in time is 2pm for every accommodation type, apart from lodges which is 3pm.
Where are the chemical disposal & park drainage?
Chemical disposal points are available for your use on the park, please see park map. Please do not put non bio degradable products into our drainage system, this includes wipes of any description, nappies, chemicals, or sanitary towels. Please use the correct facilities provided for this purpose, thank you.
Where are the nearest Petrol Stations?
Closest petrol station is 1.5 miles from Croft Farm. Turn right out of the main entrance.
Where are the nearest Supermarkets?
Tewkesbury has an Aldi, Morrisons, and a Tesco Express.
Where do we check in?
Check in at Reception where staff will be available to help you, it will be the first building you see as you drive onto the Park.
Where is the nearest pharmacy?
Our nearest pharmacy is Badham Pharmacy in Tewkesbury.
Who do I contact for a maintenance issue?
For any issues relating to maintenance, please contact the Park Reception and we will endeavour to get someone out to you as soon as possible. Ensure you have your pitch number / accommodation name to hand.
