What is the smoking policy on the park?
We operate a no smoking policy in all buildings and around our play area.
When smoking around the park, please take care not to smoke too close to fire hazards such as gas canisters, and please remember not to litter.
Smoking is prohibited inside any of our accommodation units and charges may apply if this rule is breached.

Are dogs allowed on the park?
Responsible dog owners are welcome on the park with the agreement that all dogs are kept on a lead.
Dogs are not to be left unattended and are not permitted in the children’s play area.
Dogs are allowed in the main room of the clubhouse. It is the owners responsibility to clean up after their dog.
There are designated dog areas on site, please make Reception aware at check-in and they can direct you.
Are there paved paths and lighting throughout the park?
We do everything we can to preserve the rural character of the park therefore, the park may have areas of uneven ground, tracks and paths, and limited lighting. Please take care and use a torch to illuminate your path.
Can our family and friends visit us?
Yes, for the day only, but please register their presence on park at Reception upon their arrival. Charges apply.
Noise
Please keep noise levels to a minimum throughout the day and observe silence between 11.30 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. Please be a considerate neighbour to other guests who may have put children to bed, thank you.
Behaviour on the park
Our park is a family holiday park, so please ensure your behaviour is appropriate and is not noisy, offensive, or likely to cause any harm or upset to other guests, staff or property at the holiday park.
If we feel your behaviour is illegal, offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate we will ask you to leave the holiday park.
Can I fly a drone?
All drone operators must possess the requisite qualifications for the specific class of drone being operated.
What is the speed limit on the parks?
The parks have a speed limit of 5mph, which is strictly enforced. Traffic movements are restricted after 11:00pm to minimise disturbance on the parks. All vehicles must be taxed, insured and have passed MOT regulations.
All motoring laws which apply to the highway, also apply on the parks. Please take care and do not drive on the grass during wet weather or the winter period.
We do not permit the use of any non-road legal motorised vehicles e.g. mini scooters, quad bikes etc.
Reversing
Please take great care when reversing and if possible, use a second person for safety reasons for best visibility.
Can I bring a pet on holiday?
Please note we are only able to accept dogs in our dog friendly holiday homes or pitches, maximum of two dogs per unit.
When booking you will be asked to confirm the breed of your four-legged friend. Unfortunately, we do not accept any dogs named under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 as amended from time to time, even where these types of dog are muzzled as required by government legislation.
Pets must not be left unattended in our accommodation, your own accommodation or elsewhere, at any time on the park. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times other than in the dog exercising area.
You must use the bins provided to clear up after your dog.
The lead name of the party is responsible for the dog whilst on the park. Any dogs causing a nuisance may be asked to leave the park and/or your right to occupy your pitch or holiday home may be rescinded. Refunds in these circumstances will not be given.
Can we bring a Firepit?
Firepits are permitted; however, open ground fires are not allowed.
